  • KLN loves Jesus! Honoring the legacy of leadership that is Northeastern Ohio Association of Helpers, NOAH has officially become the Kainos Leadership Network! 
  • “Kainos” is the Greek word for “new” in the New Testament. Paul tells the members of the Corinthian church that they are “new” creations in Christ. John boasts of a “new” Heavens and a “new” Earth in Revelation 21. 
  • At Kainos Leadership Network, we are all about NEW life in Jesus, NEW church plants, and NEW perspectives on leadership, evangelism, and discipleship in our network
    churches.

The KLN Strategy

  • Kainos Leadership Network vision is executed in three ways: Planting Churches, Networking Leaders, and Leadership Coaching.
  • KLN strongly desires to lead people to a life changing decision to know Jesus and grow in Him. This vision is accomplished by planting new churches in Ohio and the Midwest, partnering with a network of churches and church leaders who are passionate about evangelism and discipleship, and providing leadership coaching and care to pastors, staff, and church leaders.
