Therefore, if anyone is in Christ, he is a new creation. The old has passed away; behold, the new has come. 2 Corinthians 5:17

Kainos Leadership Network

About Us

Kainos Leadership Network (KLN), formerly Northeastern Ohio Association of Helpers is a non-profit organization who provides coaching and consulting services to established churches, plants new churches and is expanding services into Michigan, Pennsylvania, Ohio, Kentucky, and West Virginia.

Northeastern Ohio Association of Helpers was launched in 1957 by a conglomerate of successful congregations who sought to plant new churches in northeastern Ohio. Faithfully, the organization planted over fifty new congregations in its sixty-six-year history. Transition of leadership occurred in 1982 with Pat Hartson taking over as Executive Director. Hartson’s leadership would extend forty-one years to summer of 2023 with Trevor Littleton taking over as Executive Director and simultaneously overseeing the launch of Lake City Christian Church in Solon, Ohio.
